Ling Ji, Deputy Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations, introduced at the meeting that after multiple rounds of economic and trade consultations, the current economic and trade relations between China and the United States have generally stabilized.
The US China Business Council recently released the "China Business Environment Survey", which shows that nearly three-quarters of the surveyed companies (i.e. companies registered in the United States, investing or conducting business in China) stated that their revenue in China will be stable or achieve growth in the fiscal year 2025. 92% of the surveyed American companies reported achieving profitability in China last year.
